Unify Communications joins South West Contact Centre Forum (SW CCF)

As of May 2017, Unify Communications will be working with the SWCCF and it’s members to improve their contact centre operations.

Through sharing knowledge, giving advice and offering solutions both at the quarterly forum events & through private sessions, Unify will be looking to make sure that all SWCCF members have the best solutions and the best processes in place in their contact centres. Guest speakers will include key figures from Unify partner companies such as Serenova, Teleopti, Gamma and Zendesk, sharing further insights into their areas of expertise as well as information on industry news, trends and their technology.

The SWCCF is an industry-led initiative, headed up by Jane Thomas who has over 25 years’ experience within the contact centre industry.

Established in 2008, the SWCCF covers one of the largest regions in the UK including Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham and Plymouth. The forum delivers extensive support to the region’s 250 employers, who collectively employ circa 52,000 people in both the Public and Private sector. It represents clients in the highly professional and regulated areas of financial and legal services, ICT, retail, utilities and creative sectors, and boasts some of the biggest companies in the UK as members such as Dyson, EE, RAC, LV=, Nationwide, Motability Operations, UCAS and EDF Energy.

The first quarterly forum that Unify will be attending is on 18th May 2017 in Bristol.
