Gartner Recognize Serenova as Top Cloud Contact Centre (CCaaS) Vendor

Thanks to a year of innovation, the latest Gartner Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) Magic Quadrant report saw Serenova named as a key player in the contact centre market.

Naming them as a challenger, the report recognized the effort invested by Serenova in continually developing their offerings in line with the market (referencing the release of their brand-new CCaaS product, CxEngage in 2016), the suitability of their products for a wide range of deployment sizes and the ease of deployment. As one of their largest re-seller and deployment partners, we’re delighted to see this hard work recognized.

Serenova’s latest cloud contact centre offering, CxEngage is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services), who have been named the leaders of the Gartner Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Magic Quadrant for five consecutive years ahead of the likes of Google, Microsoft, VMware and Rackspace. The open APIs provided with the product allow for a wide range of third-party system integrations, with an ever-growing list of standard integrations also available ‘out of the box.’
