Exciting news! Final Speaker Confirmed for Future of Retail CX Workshop.
We’re thrilled to announce that Manuela Pifani, founder of customer experience consultancy CXellence, will be joining us at our upcoming ‘Future of Retail CX’ workshop on June 27th.
Manuela is a multi-award-winning leader in Customer Experience and Strategy, with a strong track record in transforming CX for the international organisations she has worked with. These include Direct Line Group (across all its brands Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege and GreenFlag) and Kingfisher (across all of its brands B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama and Brico Depot). The initiatives she’s led have generated higher NPS, CES and brand preference while increasing revenue and lowering operating costs.
She’ll be joining us alongside Richard Pinnington, EMEA GM at Gartner leader Serenova to deliver a Q & A around the key challenges facing retailers when it comes to meeting customer expectations and delivering effective CX. With 15 years of experience in leading and transforming the customer experience for FTSE100 international organisations, she is sure to present an engaging and highly informative perspective.
Manuela is the final addition to a line-up we’re very excited about – a line-up which includes the CEO of the Institute of Customer Service Jo Causon, and the Head of Customer Experience at Holland & Barrett, among other market leading technology vendors who have a unique view of the ways retailers are using CX tactics and tools to differentiate themselves in a competitive market.
We still have a couple of seats available for the session, which will be held in Covent Garden from 12 until 4.30pm. If you’re interested in coming along and gaining some insights into how your organisation can transform and improve your customer experience and keen to network with CX professionals from organisations like Jimmy Choo, John Lewis, ASOS and Bloom & Wild, register today to avoid disappointment.
