Just Contact have their own contact centre based in Bristol, offering inbound and outbound call services to businesses in a wide range of industries. They also offer digital contact management and business finance services.

Iain McGregor founded Just Contact in 2015 after the company that he previously founded, Office Response merged with Direct Response. His aim was to take what he’d learned at Office Response and apply this to a new venture, creating a new, ‘smarter’ business with state of the art contact centre abilities.
