We’re very proud that Zendesk has once again been included in the 2019 report’s Leader quadrant. It’s a reflection of the global success of their 145,000 customers, including enterprise clients like Airbnb, Tesco, and L’Oreal. In the past year alone, Unify have been privileged to see the release of practical AI-enhanced features, like Answer Bot, for self-service, and an expansion to Zendesk Sunshine, an open and flexible CRM platform built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
