Design & Build

At Unify, we understand that requirements vary when it comes to your communications. Depending on the size and scale of your Fuze deployment, you’ll need differing levels of implementation support and varying levels of input from our Solution Consultants. That’s why we’ve split our Design & Build options into tiers. Typically, every organisation can expect to receive a specific Site Solution Design document which describes the site’s configuration details, and a Quality Assurance test plan (of which a report will be shared upon completion).

During a Design & Build, our Solution Consultants can advise on functional site requirements such as call flows, ring group behaviour and persona specific feature requirements.

SMALL

Under 50 Users

Ideally suited for businesses with less than 50 users, limited call flow requirements and simple use cases.

REGIONAL

Under 100 Users

Ideally suited for businesses with 50-100 users, with some analog device requirements (e.g. faxes or conference phones), additional physical handset related requirements and a few low-to-medium complexity call flow and ring group requirements.

LARGE

Under 500 Users

Ideally suited for large sized offices or HQ with complex levels of functional requirements, including analog device requirements (faxes, conference phones), additional physical handset related requirements, as well as some medium-to-high complexity call flow and ring group requirements.

ENTERPRISE

500+ Users

Ideally suited for businesses with multiple locations spread over multiple geographic regions, or with 500+ users.

Network Readiness Evaluations

As part of our Design & Build packages, Unify offer Network Evaluation workshops with a Network Consultant. These specialised sessions are designed to deliver a site network design and a risk assessment which identifies potential risks and advises on how best to mitigate these.

BASIC

Up to 50 Users

   Consists of:

– Network Evaluation

– Risk Assessment & Advisory Document

– Site Network Design

STANDARD

Up to 100 Users

   Consists of:

– Network Evaluation

– Risk Assessment & Advisory Document

– Site Network Design

– 2 hrs Network Consultant availability (for testing, monitoring & troubleshooting)

ADVANCED

Up to 500 Users

   Consists of:

– Network Evaluation

– Risk Assessment & Advisory Document

– Site Network Design

– 4 hrs Network Consultant availability (for testing, monitoring & troubleshooting)

Go-Live & Support (Launch)

The final stage in any brand new Fuze deployment. Let Unify help with on-site assistance for go-live days, remote support and more – ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you’re trying to roll out Fuze without sacrificing your own time, why not let us take the hard work out of it?

ENHANCED

Ideally suited for small-medium sized sites where stakeholders haven’t had the time or opportunity to fully validate user and site requirements during the design and build phase.

   This package gives you the extra care and attention a site may need with regards to issues and adjustments that may have to be made to your configuration. It includes:

– 5 business days of remote go-live support

– Access for up to 3 contacts to submit, view and manage issues in the interactive go-live tracker

PREMIER

Ideally suited for medium to large-sized or high profile sites where stakeholders have not had the opportunity or time to fully validate site and user requirements during the design and build phase.

   This package gives you the extra care and attention a site may need with regards to issues and adjustments that may have to be made to your configuration. It includes:

– 10 business days of remote go-live support

– Access for up to 5 contacts to submit, view and manage issues in an interactive go-live tracker

– 3 x 30 minute go-live status calls on days three, six and nine

Additional Go-Live Support ++

Request a Fuze Solutions Expert on-site for 1 day to assist end-users during go-live.

If you’re a site with executive presence, your end users aren’t “tech-savvy” or the departments are revenue generating, you might require additional support. Don’t worry – we’ll be there!
